New Project 2026 | COSEC in Pessac, France

Lighting Hoist MinoLight ReelTech was selected to equipe the new project COSEC in Pessac, France

We are proud to announce that the MinoLight Reeltech motorization solution has been selected to equip the future COSEC (Modular Indoor Sports Complex) in the city of Pessac, scheduled for delivery in 2026.

This ambitious project reflects the municipality’s commitment to providing the community with modern, sustainable infrastructure that meets the expectations of users and local sports clubs. The MinoLight Reeltech solution stood out as the obvious choice thanks to its reliabilityease of use, and operational safety, particularly in high-ceiling environments such as gymnasiums and multi-sport facilities. Additionally, our motorization solution significantly reduces the cost and logistical complexity specific to the gymnastics hall, where working at height would otherwise require moving the gymnastics mats to make room for scaffolding or lifting equipment.

Why MinoLight?

Developed to simplify access and maintenance of lighting systems and suspended equipment, our motorization system allows devices to be lowered to the ground without the need for lifts or scaffolding. It perfectly meets the requirements of a public sports facility in terms of safetyenergy efficiency, and maintenance cost optimization.

A Key Project for Pessac

This new COSEC is part of the broader development of the city’s sports infrastructure. It will host a wide variety of activities, from school sports to regional competitions, all within a functional, high-performance facility that complies with current standards.

We would like to thank all project stakeholders – project owners, architects, engineering firms, and contractors – for placing their trust in our solution. We are excited to see this project come to life and to contribute to making this future facility a benchmark in innovation and practicality.

See you in 2026 to discover this new space dedicated to sport and the people of Pessac!
