MinoLight Equips the Syctom IPXIII Site Alongside Fayat and Actemium

On the Syctom IPXIII project, MinoLight was entrusted with a key role alongside Fayat and Actemium: designing and deploying a lighting and maintenance solution that meets the high demands of a next-generation waste treatment facility.

At the heart of the system, our maintenance motorization units, installed above pits and deep zones, allow high-powered floodlights to be lowered quickly from ground level. This approach eliminates the need for working at height, reduces downtime, and improves team safety. In such a demanding environment, the ability to access luminaires without heavy equipment is a decisive advantage in ensuring uninterrupted operations.

To illuminate the site, MinoLight deployed high-power floodlights for long-range coverage, as well as precision asymmetric projectors in areas where controlled light distribution is critical. This combination delivers uniform lighting, minimizes glare, and precisely targets work, circulation, and maneuvering areas. The result: enhanced visibility for operators, better perception of space and movement, and improved overall site safety.

Technical integration was carried out in close coordination with the Fayat and Actemium teams to align the lighting system with the site’s mechanical, electrical, and operational requirements. Cable routing, protective measures, control systems, and operational scenarios were all designed to simplify maintenance, optimize energy consumption, and ensure long-term performance.

With this project, MinoLight reaffirms its expertise in complex industrial environments: motorization solutions that make maintenance simple and safe, and high-precision lighting that both showcases industrial infrastructure and strengthens the safety of people and equipment. IPXIII stands as a testament to our commitment to delivering practical, robust, and future-ready answers to the challenges of modern industrial lighting.
